pkr92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods (subject to availability): JazzCash, Easypaisa, major Pakistani bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. pkr92 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts are PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 1,000 for bank transfers and card payments, and USD 10 equivalent for USDT deposits. Minimum withdrawal amounts may differ and are specified in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 2–12 hours. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank withdrawal processing times are 1–2 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes of confirmation.
The pkr92 Platform operates with a PKR (Pakistani Rupee) wallet. All bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pkr92 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods used for deposits (or verified methods on file) as an anti-money laundering (AML) control. pkr92 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr92 strictly prohibits third-party funding of accounts. Any account funded by a third party will be suspended and funds returned to their source, subject to verification and applicable deductions for processing fees.
All bets placed on pkr92 are subject to acceptance by pkr92 at its sole discretion. pkr92 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet, including bets already confirmed, in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors, manifest pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or suspicion of match manipulation.
Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sports rules and pkr92's official settlement rules for each market. In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, pkr92's decision shall be final.
A bet may be declared void and stakes returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the outcome is determined; a pricing error is identified that materially affects the value of the bet; or where pkr92 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
In-play (live) betting is subject to network delays and pkr92 may suspend markets at any time during live play. Bets placed after the official result of an in-play market has been determined may be voided at pkr92's discretion.
All casino games available on pkr92, including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, and game shows, are subject to the terms of the specific game provider in addition to these Terms. All RNG games use certified random number generators tested by independent third-party auditors. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of pkr92's knowledge based on provider-supplied data.
pkr92 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or game provider. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or may be removed from the platform at any time. pkr92 is not liable for any losses resulting from game unavailability.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Any other use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of pkr92.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr92 and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (d) losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors; or (e) losses resulting from system downtime, technical failures, or communication disruptions beyond pkr92's reasonable control.
pkr92's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable verification requirements. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
pkr92 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months; or where required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr92 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr92's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
